PIN Reset Guidelines

 

A Step-By-Step Guide

Resetting Your PIN Is Easy. 

You can reset your PIN at any time using the Budget Energy App or by visiting https://portal.budgetenergy.co.uk/. 

Follow the steps below to regain access:

  1. Visit the Login Page. On the screen, select "No Account/Forgotten PIN?". This will take you to the PIN reset page.
  2. Enter the email address registered on your Budget Energy account, then select "Reset PIN/Submit". We will send you an email with a link to reset your PIN.
  3. Check your email. Open the email from Budget Energy and click "Update My PIN".
  4. Create your new PIN and select "Submit"
  5. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your PIN has been successfully updated.
