Moving Home – Information for Customers

Moving Home?

If you're moving home, it's important to let Budget Energy know so your account can be updated, and your final bill is accurate. Please fill out the form below before or as soon as possible after your moving date.  

If your new home is also supplied by Budget Energy, let us know:

  • Your new address
  • Move-in date
  • Your new MPRN
  • Opening meter reading
  • We’ll set up your new account and make the transfer as smooth as possible

Provide Your Moving Details

Please have the following details ready to fill out the form:

  • Your account details.
  • Moving out date.
  • Final meter reading on the day you move.
  • Your last Top Up date and Top Up amount.
  • Forwarding address for your final bill.
  • When's the best time to contact you – AM or PM.

Providing accurate meter readings ensures:

  • You're only charged for the energy you've used.
  • Your final bill is correct.
