We’re Here to Support You

Need Help With Your Bills? 

  • We understand that sometimes keeping on top of bills can be tough, and you’re not alone. If you’re finding things difficult, we have a list of charities and organisations that can offer free support and guidance. Visit our Codes Of Practice page for more information.

Extra Support When You Need It

We understand that some customers may need additional support when managing their electricity supply. Our Customer Care and Medical Care Registers help us, and help you, when needed.

If your circumstances mean you need a little extra assistance, joining the registers makes it easier to interact with us. 

Customer Care Register: You may benefit from joining the Customer Care Register if you, or someone in your household, experiences circumstances including: Elderly, Mobility Impairments, Speech Impairments, Visual Impairments, Hearing Impairments, Language Difficulties, Dexterity Impairments, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health Conditions, Terminal Illness, Financial Vulnerability, Bereavement

Medical Care Register: If you, or someone you know, relies on electricity for healthcare needs, you can join the Medical Care Register to get extra support during a power cut. Please fill out the form below.
