Pay Your Bill
Bill Support
Electricity bills are issued every three months to all our customers. The bill will show the amount of electricity used during that period and the cost, including VAT. If you would like to receive your bill by email, please let us know.
Direct Debit customers will receive an invoice detailing their usage, the amount of payments they have made, and whether the account is in credit or money is owed over the billing period.
Fixed price tariff customers will receive their bill by email. If you would like to receive a paper bill, you can request this at any time, but you will be ineligible for a fixed price tariff and will lose any ebilling discounts.

Use Our App
You'll need to have our mobile app. If you don't have the app, you can download it from the 'App/Play Store'.

You can pay over the telephone line on 0800 012 1177, Monday to Friday (8 am – 6 pm)
Banking Online
To pay your bills online, you should set Budget Energy up as a payee. Here are the details you will need:

Please instruct your bank to quote your Budget Energy account number as a reference. This helps to ensure there will be no delay in processing your payment. You'll find your account number in the top centre of your bill.
Pay by Direct Debit
Your first Direct Debit amount includes the following:
- Your actual electricity usage during your switch-over period, which may take up to one month.
- The monthly Direct Debit amount is calculated on your historic usage.
- Subsequent Direct Debits will be calculated based on your monthly amount and reviewed after 6 months.
